Weekly Consultation and Communication
Throughout the building process, Custom Homes by Master’s Touch schedules weekly meetings (by phone or in person), to answer all of your questions, address any concerns, and assess your level of satisfaction.

Walk-Throughs
Among others, Custom Homes by Master’s Touch takes you on a pre-electrical walk through—YOU speak directly with the electrician as to where electrical outlets and light switches should be placed. We also have a post-electrical walk through to ensure your direction has been met before the final work is completed.

Billing Services
When you select a cost-plus contract (recommended) you will be provided with copies of every bill received by Custom Homes by Master's Touch. You will have an accurate record of every penny spent and where it went. For your convenience your Homeowner's Manual is divided by month for these records.
